Engineer in Electronics and Communications graduated from the University of Guadalajara. In 2011, he studied Erasmus Mundus EMIN (Economics and Management of Network Industries) in Paris and Madrid, completing his thesis at Endesa in the Irrigation Management Unit. This master's degree focuses on the Electricity Sector, Economy and Regulation.

In 2013 he returned to Mexico and took the position of Commercial Development Manager of Cogeneration Projects in Tracsa SAPI de CV and made the first project of Trigeneration for a pharmaceutical of 3.5MW.

Since that same year, he has been an active member of COGENERA Mexico, A.C., a platform that shapes different players in the Electricity Sector, with the general objective of improving the framework conditions for cogeneration in the country.

Stanislav collaborated with IRENA in 2015 for the development of REmap2030: A Renewable Energy Roadmap: Mexico. That same year he participated with Tecnológico de Monterrey in several presentations on Energy Efficiency.

Mike Ross is senior vice president of Kiewit Energy Group and managing director of Kiewit Mexico. In his current role Mike has primary responsibility for Kiewit’s operations in Mexico, as well as responsibility for Kiewit’s Early Contractor Involvement Program which focuses on partnering Kiewit with its’ customers and other engineering and construction firms to more effectively execute large projects.

From 2009 to 2014, Mike was president and district manager of Kiewit Power Engineers Co., part of Kiewit Corporation. In this role, Mike was responsible for providing leadership and direction for Kiewit Power Engineers “KPE”. His position as president also included full profit/loss responsibility for the company, which provided the full spectrum of engineering services to a variety of customers in the power and energy markets throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia. During Mike’s tenure, KPE grew from approximately 300 people in 2009 to nearly 1000 people at the time he moved to his current position.

Prior to joining Kiewit, Mike had more than 20 years of experience at TIC-The Industrial Company, a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, where he led various aspects of their business. He began his career at TIC as a pipefitter and since then has held numerous leadership positions including that of vice president and general counsel, vice president of business development, program director over TIC’s largest single contract, and vice president of strategic growth.

Mike has been involved in a variety of industrial projects with values up to approximately $1 billion dollars (U.S.). Such projects including mining, gas treatment and compression, cement, ethanol, air separation, air quality control, LNG and power projects. In addition, Mike has been a strong advocate for the development and use of a variety of new designs, technologies and products focused on providing Kiewit customers with greater value. Mike was also heavily involved in TIC’s adoption and use of the EPC method for delivering projects.

Prior to joining TIC/Kiewit, Mike acted as counsel for tax, labor and commercial civil litigation matters at Fulbright and Jaworski in Houston, Texas.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Kiewit is a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations in North America. The company had revenues of $9 billion in 2015.

David Madero is an economist from ITAM, with a masters and PhD degree in economics from University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Madero has worked more than twenty years in the Mexican Federal Government and currently is the General Director at the National Control Center for Natural Gas (CENAGAS) since August 2014.

His previous assignments involved economic analysis and various managerial responsibilities at the Treasury´s Service for Asset Management and Disposal, at the National Development Bank for Infrastructure (Banobras), at the Ministry of Energy –overseeing upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas activities and participating within the PEMEX Board of Directors, and several positions in macroeconomic and financial analysis and policy design at the Mexican Treasury and Central Bank.

In addition, he has given lecture to Bachelor's degree and master's level in ITAM, the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económica and Universidad Iberoamericana.

Jeff Pavlovic is Managing Director of Electric Industry Coordination in the Undersecretary of Electricity in the Mexican Ministry of Energy. He holds degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Duke University, a masters degree in Business Administration from Stanford University and a masters degree in Economics from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas. Previously, he was Managing Director of Generation and Transmission in the Ministry of Energy and Unit Leader of Modernization in the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). In the United States, he was Manager of Generation Control and Dispatch for Xcel Energy in Denver, Colorado. He also worked as a financial analyst at LEK Consulting, where he specialized in the unbundling of electric utilities. Jeff has earned the NERC system operator certification and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
